Here at island sausage we strive to bring our experience in fine dining restaurants, and the art of sausage and salami making, together for a unique and quality product. Presenting local flavors in a new way.

We are the only salami producers in hawaii to have been fortunate enough to have been recognized for our salami products at the Good food awards, a national food Competition dedicated to quality food producers and crafters. Our Finocchiona is a must have for any charcuterie board.
